Terms and conditions

Three monthly plans, excluding VAT: Presence: €89, Evolution: €179, Partner: €390. Each includes the website, its hosting, security and updates, the Google Business Profile and social media, as detailed on the Pricing page.

The website setup is invoiced once, at the start of the subscription.

Each plan includes 1, 2 or 3 business features. The client can change them once a quarter, free of charge.

The change or new pages included each month can be kept for 3 months if unused. After that, they lapse.

The client chooses their network: Instagram and Facebook, or LinkedIn. They can swap it for one more business feature.

We send the posting calendar before anything is published. The client approves it within 48 hours; without a reply in that time, the calendar is deemed approved.

The client provides photos of their business. We may crop them and make light edits.

Plans: 12 months, then monthly with one month's notice.

Social media only: no minimum term.

Cancellation must be made in writing, by email.

From day one, the client owns: your domain name, your text and photos, your Google Business Profile, your ad accounts, your customers' data.

The website's code is licensed for the length of the subscription. It can be bought outright at any time: in the first year, €1,500 excl. VAT; in the second year, €750 excl. VAT; in the third year, €375 excl. VAT; from the fourth year, transferred free of charge.
