Questions about pricing.
Do I have to take the website and visibility together?
No. You can take the website on its own, and our visibility plans also work with a site built elsewhere. Together, in a bundle, website care is included free.
What is a business feature?
A feature specific to your line of work, on top of your pages: appointment booking, click & collect, online deposits, job listings. A brochure site includes 2, an extended site 3, at no extra cost.
Can I change my features?
Yes, every quarter, free of charge. You swap one feature for another to suit the season or your needs.
Can I update my website myself?
Yes. You change text, photos, opening hours and prices from your admin area, as often as you like.
Is the ad budget included?
No. Growth, Acceleration and Advertising only (€199 excl. VAT a month) include managing your campaigns. You pay the budget directly to Google, Meta or LinkedIn. We recommend €150 a month to start, and you set the cap.
Can you post on my personal LinkedIn profile?
We write and illustrate your posts, and you publish them yourself: LinkedIn's User Agreement does not allow you to hand over your personal profile. Your company page, on the other hand, can be managed with an admin role.
How much will I pay in the first year?
With the Launch bundle: €890 excl. VAT for setup and 12 months at €149 excl. VAT, which comes to €2,678 excl. VAT for the first year, excluding ad budget. Every offer is set out in the first-year table.
How long am I committed for?
12 months for the website, the time it takes to cover the build, then monthly with one month's notice. With no minimum term, the setup fee is €400 excl. VAT more. Visibility and advertising have a 3-month minimum, and you can pause for up to 4 months a year.
What do I own?
Your domain name, text, photos, Google Business Profile, accounts and customer data, from day one. If you stop after 12 months, we hand over your website's code free of charge.
