Data we collect
The contact form collects your line of business, what you need, your budget, your timeframe and your email address or phone number. We also record the page the request came from. Booking a call online collects your name, your email address and the time slot you choose.
Purpose
This data is used only to respond to your request and prepare a first conversation. It is never sold or passed on.
Storage and processors
Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Neon, in Europe. Only the MLJ Digital team has access, through a password-protected area. Bookings go through Cal.com. The site is hosted by Vercel.
Retention period
We keep correspondence with prospective clients for 3 years after the last contact, then delete it.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, and object to its processing. On request, we permanently delete your enquiry from our database. Write to us at contact@mljdigital.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
